With great pride, but also infinite gratitude, we looked back on a century of Hotel Spielmann in 2024. The 100th anniversary is another milestone in the history of our house, and we were so lucky tocelebrate it together with you, with insights into the past and possibilities to create new memories. To maximize the festivities around our anniversary in 2024, we were looking for a special wine that would accompany us throughout the year. We found what we were looking for with a young wine expert in the Pitztal, who ages young wines from renowned winemakers. After an exciting tasting, we chose a Burgenland blend of mature red wines, a Cuvée, and a Chardonnay from the Weinviertel. Now the successors for 2025 are here: an elegant Grüner Veltliner in bright golden yellow, with exciting depth and character, and a Cuvée, made from the Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch grape varieties, a harmonious combination that makes this red wine a versatile food accompaniment.

There, you'll find a photo gallery of our family and the hotel, discovering relics of days gone by, strung together like memories and connected by a mountain rope, expressing our connection to the Alps.
The spirit,charm, inspiration and dedication of all generations of the Spielmann family can be found throughout Hotel Spielmann. The atmosphere is calm and yet it brims with a zest for life. We stay true to ourselves but still move with the times. Some things can stay the way they were - like the 100-year old facade and the established hospitality. Other things are allowed to grow, such as comfort and modern conveniences. With memories in their hearts and visions in their heads, the Spielmann family is taking the next steps into the future.
